SOLANO’S works with several local countertop fabricators to assure your choice of new cabinetry is complemented with quality countertops. Countertop surfaces include laminated products applied to plywood or high density backing boards or solid surface materials such as Corian® and granite.

Our countertop fabricators use laminates from Formica® or WilsonArt. Click on the logos displayed below to view the hundreds of color and styles available. It is recommended that after narrowing down your search, you visit our Home Improvement Center (Weed) to view actual samples of the products of interest.


There are a number of counter edge treatments available for laminated countertops. These range from rounded non-drip to hardwood banding. Samples of available edges are located at our cabinet sales area.

For the ultimate counters, solid surface materials provide style, durability and beauty. Corian® and Zodiaq® Quartz are popular materials. These products come in a varity of colors and patterns. Click on the logos below to view the colors available in these products.

Corian® counters can have a variety of edge treatments. The figure below illustrates the options available from one of our fabricators. Quartz counter material is generally 1 1/8 thick and edges are usually broken with a small radius.
